Braised dried radish greens and pollack
It's a dish that I often make in winter. Try the soft-boiled dried radish greens and pollack on top of the rice. A bowl of rice won't be enough^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Boil dried radish leaves thoroughly, rinse them several times, squeeze them, and cut them in half.
Scrape off the scales and cut them into bite-size pieces and wash them clean.

Seasoning preparation
Slice green onions and peppers sideways.
STEP 3/9
Put two sauces in a dried radish greens and mix them together.
STEP 4/9
Make the pollack seasoning.
STEP 5/9
Put seasoned dried radish greens on the pot

Put the bridge of the nose on top.
STEP 7/9
Add the pollack sauce and put green onions and peppers on top.
STEP 8/9
Pour 5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
When it starts to boil, turn the heat down to medium heat and until the soup becomes self-sufficient
It's boiled down.

Put it in a bowl.
