Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Prepare the ingredients. You can use the sauce sold on the market.
STEP 2/15
I'll boil the noodles right away. Add 1T of salt and boil with half water.
STEP 3/15
I cut the onions and salami like this.
STEP 4/15
A salami is a peppercorn salami full of pepper scent.
STEP 5/15
Place saucepan over medium heat and cover with 1T of oil.
STEP 6/15
When the heat rises, add the sliced onions and stir-fry them.
STEP 7/15
When the onion becomes a little mushy, add salami and stir-fry.
STEP 8/15
Cut the tomatoes into cubes
STEP 9/15
Put it in the pan.
STEP 10/15
Around this time, put spaghetti into a boiling pot as big as a 100 won coin.
STEP 11/15
Press it slightly so that the noodles can be soaked well and set the timer for 7 minutes.
STEP 12/15
I'll add the bolognese sauce to the ingredients that I've been frying for a long time.
STEP 13/15
For the remaining sauce in the can, add 1 ladle of noodle water (boiled water), wash it off, and add to the pot.
STEP 14/15
Boil it a little bit and boil it over low heat for 2-3 minutes, and the sauce is complete.
STEP 15/15
After 7 minutes, check the noodles once, and drain the cooked noodles with a sieve. Cover with olive oil about 2T and mix well to prevent swelling or sticking to the noodles.
If you have parmesan cheese powder or basil, add it like me. You can enjoy a much richer taste :) If you're eating it alone, you can cook it with 2-3 ladles of commercial pasta sauce!
