Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please prepare enough ingredients. Chop mushrooms, carrots, and onions into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and mix it with rice wine 1T and pepper.
STEP 3/9
Grease a pan with 2T of oil and add a handful of chopped green onions to make green onion oil over low heat. When green onions start to turn golden, heat it over high heat and add chicken tenderloin and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Then add onions and carrots and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

Pour 1.5T of soy sauce over the edge of the pan to coat with fire.
STEP 7/9
Then pour 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil over high heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Then add chopped green onions and cheongyang peppers to taste and simmer for another 2 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Finally, adjust the concentration with starch water and add salt to the insufficient seasoning. :) Add pepper to taste.
