Stir-fried red onion

Stir-fry the onion until it's out.
It is said that the sweet taste of onions increases when cooked. It's a stir-fry that combines the savory taste of perilla oil and the sweetness of onions. You can eat it as a side dish, and it's delicious even if you put it on rice and mix it little by little.
