STEP 1/8
Prepare two bowls of cold water (+2/3T of salt) to wash oysters. And prepare raw oysters in one side of salt water.
STEP 2/8
Then, move oysters one by one with chopsticks into a bowl of empty salt water on the other side and shake lightly (remove if you see the shell)
STEP 3/8
Now, strain the oysters through a sieve and drain them.
STEP 4/8
While draining, peel the pear and slice it into thin slices, and prepare the chives at even intervals (approximately 2cm).
STEP 5/8
Then mix red pepper powder, fish sauce, vinegar, and minced garlic to prepare the seasoning.
STEP 6/8
Add oysters, pears, and chives to this and mix gently.
STEP 7/8
Add sesame seeds and sesame oil to finish and mix them together. (Add additional sliced red pepper to taste.)
STEP 8/8
If you put it in the refrigerator 30 minutes before eating and cool it down, you can enjoy the seasoned food more deliciously!!
It's a meal for a family of two or three. T = 15cc standard, t = 5cc standard.
I recommend that you only make enough for one meal!! If it's left over, it loses moisture and becomes tasteless, and the oyster is spoiled and has a bit of a fishy smell...
