Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, cook the parfelle in boiling water.
STEP 2/9
While the parfelle is cooking, I'm going to make a McBokki sauce, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar
STEP 3/9
Mix 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide. If you like sweet taste, you can add more sugar.
STEP 4/9
Macbokki is a spoon-eating concept, so cut fish cake and ham into small pieces When the parfait noodles are cooked, take them out
STEP 5/9
Grease a pan with cooking oil, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 2 handfuls of green onions and stir-fry them over low heat for a long time until the garlic flavor comes up.
STEP 6/9
Next, add the sauce, 1 cup of water, and ham and fish cake that were cut beforehand.
STEP 7/9
Add 2 slices of cheese and stir over medium-low heat until the cheese is completely melted.
STEP 8/9
Then, add the cooked parfait (macaroni) and stir-fry it well
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly on top, cover it, and melt the cheese over low heat!!
