Cucumber Yogurt Spread, Best for Diet
I really wanted to make cucumber yogurt spread, but I couldn't because I didn't have a chance. I finally thought of it, so I made it because I thought it was a good food to eat lightly. At The Body Show about three years ago, Chef Lee Chan-oh brought it out as a diet food. Kind of exotic with mint-like herbs? It's a salad with a Middle East feel, but I made it without herbs.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare white cucumbers and peel them. I recommend white cucumbers because they have a lot of moisture!
STEP 2/11
Cut it in half and remove the cucumber seeds by scratching them.
STEP 3/11
Cut cucumber into small pieces for fried rice.
STEP 4/11
Place in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes with 1 tsp salt.
It is to remove moisture from cucumbers and season them properly.

There's a lot of moisture coming out of the cucumber, so you just have to squeeze it in a cotton cloth. I squeezed it with my hands because it was a small amount.

Place the drained cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle with a little pepper.

Add 2 spoons of yogurt and mix well. I think plain yogurt with no sugar is the best yogurt at this time!!

Cucumber yogurt spread is complete!
Water keeps coming out of cucumbers, so make enough to eat.

Since it's diet food, cut a sweet potato into pretty shapes to eat at once and put cucumber yogurt spread on top^^

If you add your favorite fruit as a topping, it's like dessert or brunch. ^^ It seems like an ingredient that's nothing, but it makes you feel it.

You can spread it on rye bread or brown rice bread^^
