Canola greens
Hello? Rice is national power. Jeju Island comes to mind when you think of rape. When I think of rape flowers blooming in spring, I naturally smile. If you are from Jeju Island, you can cook vegetables, kimchi, and cook many different dishes than other local people. I haven't tried rape kimchi yet. The rape fruit is used as oil, and it is used for food and industrial purposes. Cooking oil is canola oil that we know. In Jeju Island, rapeseed is also called winter herb and kyungnamul and Pyeongjinamul. It tastes better if you eat rape flowers before they bloom in March or AprilYes. Instead of sesame oil, I'm going to add perilla seed oil to make rapeseed vegetables.
