How to make Galbi-bokkeum-tang by Chef Baek #Pork Rib-bokkeum-ta
Hello, I'm a bully mom. I'm a little sister, Mami. As I told you in the last #Pork Rib Soup post, this time it's #SpicyPork Rib Soup, which is perfect for the taste of rogue mothers. There are two versions, soy sauce recipe and spicy recipe, but there is pork galbitang for the kids, so I made the spicy version. This is the menu that I think would be the best if I ate it with rice that the rogue mom strongly recommended^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please wash and prepare pork ribs. You have to put pork ribs in boiling water. That way, the juice doesn't come out, so it boils gently. It's not in Mr. Baek's recipe, but I added half a spoon of salt when I boiled it once. This is a great tip from my mother who catches the smell when boiling meat ^^ Boil it for about 5 minutes until you can't see the blood. If you poke it with chopsticks and there's no blood, okay! I threw away the boiling water and washed the pork ribs in cold water and put them in a sieve.

Cut radish and onion into big pieces and prepare them.

Add pork ribs, 3 spoons of sugar, and onions and stir-fry.

The rogue mother didn't have brown sugar, so she used white sugar. Stir-fry the onions until they are mushy.

When the onions are cooked, add 5 cups of water, half a cup of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of garlic.

When the radish is cooked to a certain extent, add 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, cheongyang red pepper, and green onion.
