Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Place 2 cans of spicy tuna, 3 chopped onions, 3 chopped pickles, 1 mayonnaise and 0.5 sugar in a large bowl.
* If you want to eat it very spicy, skip mayonnaise! *
If you don't have spicy tuna, you can use it as pepper tuna or regular tuna.
Please add about 1 spoon of red pepper paste from the unit recipe.
STEP 2/8
If you mix all the ingredients, the ingredients for gimbap are ready!
STEP 3/8
Add 0.2 salt, 1 sesame oil, and 1 sesame seed to 2 bowls of rice
(I cooled down the rice and used it.)
STEP 4/8
Wash the perilla leaves and shake off the water, and prepare 6 slices of cheese.
STEP 5/8
Spread the seasoned rice on top of the seaweed for gimbap
Place perilla leaves -> cheese -> spicy tuna on top.
Then, roll it.
You can make two more in the same way.
