Slice onions, shiitake mushrooms, cheongyang peppers, and tofu at regular intervals, and slice green onions sideways.

Put onions, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, kelp, tofu, and cheongyang peppers in a pot, and pour all the seasoning (except red pepper powder). And boil the lid over medium heat.

Now the oil is boiling. Add the pork cutlet and fry over medium low heat (about 8 minutes).

When the surface is golden brown, remove the grease on top of the kitchen towel and cut into bite-sized pieces.

If the pork cutlet is fried, the pot will be boiling. Add pork cutlet, kimchi, and red pepper powder, open the lid, and boil for about 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes, add egg water and boil for 2 more minutes.
