STEP 1/6
Searing refers to contracting the surface tissue of meat at very hot temperatures, preventing the juice from escaping as much as possible. That's why it's best to have a cast iron pan. If you don't have it, choose the biggest and thickest frying pan at home, heat it up as much as possible, and bake all four sides of the boiled pork brown. It will take 5-7 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Transfer the cooked pork to the pot gently and add all the ingredients needed to boil the pork, but place the spring onions and onions on top of the meat. Then, the onion and green onion smell permeated the meat. I made it with Cheongju because soju is expensive here, but soju doesn't matter, and if there's a vodka or something like that, that' Green tea or burdock tea is the best tea bag. There are a lot of tea bags that you buy at home but don't eat. Use it at times like this ^^
STEP 3/6
I usually cooked it in an electric pressure cooker, but today I boiled it in a pot to prove that I don't have to put water in it to those who don't have a pressure cooker. The lid should have a steam hole if possible, and if you don't have it, place it slightly crooked so that the steam comes out to the side. That way, the smell will escape.
If you boil it in a pot, it starts on high heat, then when it starts to boil, reduce it to medium heat and boil it for more than 30 minutes. If you use [Electric pressure cooker], set it for 10 minutes and it's fully cooked,
[General pressure cooker] If you use it, turn it down to low heat and wait for 10 minutes to turn off the heat and steam.
STEP 4/6
If you're worried that the meat will burn because the alcohol is all gone, you can open it in the middle, but as long as the heat is controlled well, it won't be a problem. I just opened the onion in the middle and put it back on top of it, but I didn't add any more water or alcohol.
STEP 5/6
All you have to do is cut and eat the well-cooked.
STEP 6/6
I enjoyed the kimchi I left while making kimchi = seasoned radish. If you don't have kimchi inside, refer to the recipe for seasoned oyster salad (@6878981). I had a bad sore throat, but it didn't hurt much when I greased it with boiled pork. Everyone, stay healthy
