How to make fried half-dried squid. Chewy
On my last trip to Gangneung, I will upload how to make stir-fried squid with half-dried squid I bought at Jumunjin Fish Market. There is nothing to trim and it is more chewy than regular squid, so it is good to eat deliciously. It's a spicy and chewy taste that I enjoyed with some rice cake soup rice cake and it's a half-dried squid stir-fry that I keep touching.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice the peppers diagonally, cut the onions in half and shred them. Cut the cuttlefish into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/4
Add all the seasoning ingredients and mix the squid.
STEP 3/4
Stir-fry sliced garlic in a heated pan. When the garlic scent spreads, stir-fry the seasoned half-dried squid and onions. If you stir-fry squid for too long, it will get tough, so be careful. When it's about 2/3 cooked, add rice cake soup and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/4
When it's done, turn off the heat and mix it with green pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
