Homemade yogurt
I made homemade yogurt and ate it for about a year. I haven't eaten in a while... I needed it when I was baking. I decided to make it again and bought a full** real yogurt from the mart. I posted on my blog before, but once again, I'm ready with milk, real yogurt, and disinfected bottles. (Except for low-fat, non-fat, calcium milk.)~)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Pour 30% of the real yogurt into the sterilized bottle.
STEP 2/3
The reason why I use Full** Real Yogurt is because it contains Lactobacillus from the Caspian Sea. That way, you can continue to make and eat easily without dying the bacteria.
STEP 3/3
Pour milk into a bottle of yogurt. Leave it at room temperature on a hot day, microwave it for a minute on a cold day, turn it for a minute, close the lid, and leave it at room temperature for about 18 hours to complete yogurt.
