Steam or boil sweet potatoes like me and peel them..

Mash peeled sweet potatoes in a bowl prepared in a warm state.

Mix well-crushed sweet potatoes with room temperature butter and melt them well..

When butter is finished, add sugar and mix.

When the sugar melts and the dough becomes soft, add the eggs and mix.

Put the flour on top of the dough
After sifting it, mix it well with a spatula.

Mix the dough until you can't see the flour

Take the right amount and make it into a sweet potato shape.

Wrap the shaped dough in a wrap and rest it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Take out the dough left in the refrigerator for an hour, peel off the wrap, and sprinkle purple sweet potato powder evenly on the surface. Wrap the powdered dough again in a wrap and rest it in the freezer for an hour.

Remove butter and eggs from the refrigerator 1-2 hours beforehand and leave them at room temperature.. Remove the cookies from the freezer and preheat the oven to 170 before cutting..
