As the weather gets cold, I think of hot soup dishes. Everyone in the family likes Short Rib Soup, but there are times when the amount of meat is a little disappointing when we go out and eat it..So for our big eater family, we made a hearty healthy dish with lots of vegetables and abalone on it

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Dip the beef in cold water to drain the blood.
If you drain the blood for more than 3 hours, it doesn't smell bad
Change the water in between.

Let's boil the bloodless ribs and drain the water
