Making Green Tea Biscotti: Low Calorie No Butter, No Wheat Powde
Biscotti is a mouthpiece that means baking twice. It belongs to cookies, and it looks like a baguette. I made green tea biscotti using green tea. I love green tea desserts, but they are expensive, sweet, and high in calories!! So I made my own half-vegetarian baking with no butter and no wheat flour.

Ingredients
  • whole wheat flour
    160g
  • canola oil
    40g
  • Sugar
    50g
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • green tea powder
    15g
  • Baking powder
    2g
  • Nuts
    40g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Add 50g of sugar and 1 egg at room temperature to 40g of canola oil.
STEP 2/14
Stir with a whisk until the sugar is smooth.
Be careful not to foam the eggs at this time!
STEP 3/14
Sift 160g of whole wheat flour and put it down.
STEP 4/14
Sift down 15g of green tea powder and 2g of baking powder.
STEP 5/14
Mix it with a spatula and then knead it with your hands.
STEP 6/14
Add 40g of the prepared nuts. You can add nuts to your liking.
STEP 7/14
Mix the dough with nuts again so that it mixes well.
STEP 8/14
It's shaped like rye bread. I think it would be good if it was about 3.5cm high.
STEP 9/14
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
STEP 10/14
After 20 minutes, wait for the biscotti to cool down.
STEP 11/14
Cut the cold biscotti like a baguette and place it back in the oven pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
STEP 12/14
Green tea biscotti is done!
My oven is a little tanned because it's heated, but the inside is green tea >
STEP 13/14
It's just delicious when it's warm. But if you eat it after it cools down
You can feel the bitterness of green tea more.
STEP 14/14
Inside, it's green tea. :) Biscotti has a lot of calories
I'm shaking even if I eat one, but the biscotti I made is low in sugar and whole wheat flour, so it's not too much
If you like sweet things, you can add 10-20g more sugar. It's good to add nuts as much as you want^^

I did it with the recipe, but it broke easily, so it was hard to get plastic surgery I think there's a lot of green tea powder in my taste It's a bit bitter, but I keep reaching for it^^ Next time, I should reduce the amount of green tea powder

I didn't have any powder, so I melted the chocolate myself. Add some green tea powder to it' Maybe that's why it tasted a bit thicker and thicker. The hassle of having to bake, cut, and bake once, but it was the best recipe to live with!

I'm still making it, but I'm really looking forward to it~ I have Aronia powder at home, so I put it in instead of green tea~~ I only knew the recipe for butter, but it's a really good recipe Thank you.

I added 30g of sugar, so I added more canola oil. There are crumbs, but they taste great! It's crispy like an egg cookie and savory. Thank you!
