Stir-fried ham bean sprouts: Super simple side dish & side dish

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash the bean sprouts clean and drain them on a strainer tray.
STEP 2/9
Cut the green onions into thin slices and get ready
STEP 3/9
Slice the ham thinly like bacon. *It is also good to soak it in hot water slightly and take it out before using it (remove grease)
STEP 4/9
Slice Cheongyang red pepper diagonally into appropriate sizes.
STEP 5/9
Add green onions to cooking oil and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
STEP 6/9
When green onion starts to smell, add ham and pepper and stir-fry until cooked (medium heat) If you don't like the smell of ham in the middle, add pepper.

Put the bean sprouts and oyster sauce on high heat and stir-fry quickly. (Only until lightly cooked and soft

Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, stir-fry quickly with residual heat, and move the bean sprouts to a plate quickly. (If you keep leaving the bean sprouts in the hot heat, you'll be out of breath.)
