STEP 1/27
Store prepared butter and eggs at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 2/27
Sift the flour and prepare it finely.
STEP 3/27
Add melted butter and eggs to room temperature.
STEP 4/27
Add sugar, salt and baking powder.
STEP 5/27
Add a little vanilla extract, please. *If you don't have it, you can skip it, but if you put it in, it smells really good.
STEP 6/27
I gave it back to Kitchen Aid. If you use a food processor, you can easily make it even if you put the ingredients in at once.
STEP 7/27
I finished the dough with my hands. It wasn't difficult because Kitchen Aid almost finished the dough.
STEP 8/27
I rolled it little by little and touched it to make it round.
STEP 9/27
Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 10/27
Sprinkle a little flour on the cleanly prepared work table, then take out the rest of the dough and roll it flat.
STEP 11/27
On the other hand, I flipped it over and pushed it one more time. It was meticulous and pretty.
STEP 12/27
I tried to match the thickness of 0.5cm. It's good to make cookies with this dough, but you can make them thicker then. I made initial cookies with leftover dough and it tasted like buttering.
STEP 13/27
You can use a scraper, but I cut it using a knife.
STEP 14/27
I used a fork to make holes thoroughly.
STEP 15/27
I used a knife to cut it into a Pepero shape.
STEP 16/27
Today, I'm going to make cute and cute Pepero, so it's a little short and blunt Pepero snack.
STEP 17/27
Put it on the pan with a little space. It's more convenient to use if you spread baking paper foil.
STEP 18/27
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. If you turn it for 9 minutes, it's softer and the color is milky.
STEP 19/27
Let's do the chocolate medium boiling. Put the container in the pot and add an appropriate amount of water.
STEP 20/27
I mixed dark chocolate and white chocolate so that the color comes out a bit soft. You can choose according to the color you want.
STEP 21/27
The chocolate melts quickly when heated in medium heat. Be careful not to splash water in.
STEP 22/27
I put a lot of chocolate on the finely baked Pepero cookies.
STEP 23/27
I really like chocolate, so I put a lot on it.. I'm worried if I'm stressed because it's too sweet ^^;;
STEP 24/27
A chocolate pen is enough to finish all the decorations. There are three different colors of chocolate pens that I have, so I used them separately. Personally, I think the white chocolate pen was the prettiest.
STEP 25/27
There was a star-shaped decoration made of sugar, so I carefully put it on top of it. It doesn't stand out because it's pastel color.
STEP 26/27
I also sprayed small rainbow-colored chocolate powder.
STEP 27/27
This is 100% handmade Pepero. It didn't take long to bake, so it didn't seem to take much time. If you have to make the dough with your hands, it might be a little hard. I put the leftover chocolate from the last Valentine's Day in the freezer, and this is how I ended up using it. Personally, I liked nude Pepero cookies without chocolate. It's moderately sweet and soft, so it's a perfect taste to eat with coffee.
