Cut the butter into dice and prepare it cold, kneading it by hand with flour, sugar, and salt. Add egg yolk, mix evenly, wrap it with plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Slice the apple into 3mm pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir-fry sliced apples, sugar, salt, raisins and cinnamon powder in a melted butter pot; when boiled, add balsamic vinegar and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Take 2 out of the refrigerator, push it with a push stick to make it 3-4mm thick, place it on a pit, and clean the edges.
