Not spicy kimchi fried rice.
Kids who can't eat spicy food.. And I tried not to make spicy food because it's too much for me since the morning. I stir-fried it in the evening.. I heated it up in the morning. Fried rice is the best for a simple breakfast. I don't need any side dishes^^

Ingredients
  • Kimchi
    1/3bowl
  • canned ham
    150g
  • Tuna
    100g
  • Young squash
    1/4piece
  • instant rice
    2bowl
  • Salt
    2little
  • ground pepper
    suitably
  • cooking wine
    2spoon
  • Oyster sauce
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Rinse kimchi in water and slice it.
Cut the zucchini into 1/4 pieces.
Put tuna on a strainer and remove the water after taking a hot shower.
I cut the ham into small pieces and took a hot shower.
(You can boil water, take out a little bit, take a tuna shower, and boil the remaining water for a ham shower. ^^)
STEP 2/5
I'll stir-fry them all at once.
Stir-fry 2 pinch of salt and pepper, and when it's hot, add 2 spoonfuls of cooking wine to get rid of the fishy smell.
And when cooking wine evaporates, add oyster sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/5
I put in two bowls of rice.
STEP 4/5
Set up a spatula and stir-fry it like cutting it.
STEP 5/5
It's more savory if you put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds.
