STEP 1/9
Cut carrots, onions, green onions, and beef into bite-sized pieces.

Blanch mushrooms in boiling water (+ 1t of salt) over high heat for about 2 minutes and rinse in cold water.

Tear the completely drained mushrooms by hand and prepare 2 to 3 times.

Add beef (soy sauce, sugar, garlic, pepper), and mushrooms (salt, garlic, pepper) and season well.

Grease a preheated frying pan with 2T cooking oil, add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until almost cooked.

Then add the onions, carrots, and green onions and stir-fry until the onions are half cooked.

After that, add the mushroom and oyster sauce and stir-fry it for another 2 minutes.

Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix them together.

If you mix it with your hands once after the stir-fry is completed, you can enjoy the seasoning deliciously.
It's three servings and three meals. Based on T = 15cc, t = 5cc.
I recommend putting it in the refrigerator and eating it in 3 days. After that, the moisture escapes and the taste and texture decrease.
