STEP 1/10
Wash the chicken first. Remove the unremoved internal organs and blood clots with fingertips and wash them in cold running water. That way, it doesn't smell bad.
STEP 2/10
After washing, soak the chicken in white milk for about 30 minutes for odor removal and tenderness.
Use a knife to cut meaty parts such as chicken legs and chicken breasts because they may not cook well later.
STEP 3/10
Put the chicken in the milk for 30 minutes and rinse it once and drain it a little.
STEP 4/10
Transfer chicken back to bowl and add plenty of herb salt and salt.
Even if you put a lot, it's not as stimulating as you think, so shake it off, but don't pour it in
STEP 5/10
Add herb salt and pepper, mix well, cover with plastic, and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
STEP 6/10
In the meantime, grind the cereal that will make the chicken crispy with a blender. It's good not to make it too fine but to have a bit of particle.
STEP 7/10
Take out the salted chicken and add a spoonful of fried chicken powder
STEP 8/10
Add all ground cereals and mix well.
STEP 9/10
Then, put the chicken in a preheated air fryer for 5 minutes at 200 degrees and fry it for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
STEP 10/10
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken and fry it for another 10 minutes.
1. If you don't have herb salt, you can replace it with regular fine salt.
2. The longer the salt time, the better, and at least an hour to make it delicious.
3. If you don't have cereal, you can replace it with regular bread crumbs.
4. You can replace it with regular fried powder instead of fried chicken powder.
5. If you preheat the air fryer a little, you can prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the basket, making washing dishes easier.
6. The time to use the air fryer may vary depending on the product specification, so make sure to check how cooked the chicken is.
For your information, the air fryer I use is 2.6L. It's hard to fry chicken at once because they don't overlap.
So I fried it twice, and the thick breast or legs were fried the second time when the air fryer was heated enough.
And after the second fry, I added all the fried food and heated it up for another 5 minutes, so please refer to it.
