Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare non-freezing pigs. (I made a reservation at the livestock wholesale market and bought it in advance.)
Soak the pigs in cold water to remove enough blood in advance (you need to change the water frequently)
Put it in a large pot, pour refined rice wine, add pork feet, pour water, and cook it slightly.
Put the pigs in cold water again and clean up between the pigs with a knife.
** The pigs I bought are 2 pigs, and they are 8 pigs
STEP 2/6
We also prepare pork forelimbs for domestic boiled pork.
Prepare green onion, whole garlic, ginger, and pepper, and prepare dried jujube, angelica, and yellow flag. (We added 20g of angelica and yellow flag each.)
STEP 3/6
Put all the ingredients in a pot and boil with plenty of water.
Boil it over high heat at first, and when it boils, lower it to medium or lower.
STEP 4/6
I boiled it for about 5-6 hours.
Four hours later, they boiled the pork with the front leg meat.
Remove the ingredients as much as possible and apply the pork bones.
Remove the boiled pork, cool it down, and cut it.
** After cooling the soup completely, put the ingredients and soup in a disposable plastic pack and freeze it in the freezer to eat it anytime **
STEP 5/6
Boil the ingredients and soup in a pot.
Remove the bottom of the mushrooms, wash them in running water, and slice them very thinly.
We're going to cut the green onions and prepare it's ready.
STEP 6/6
Put shiitake mushrooms in a bowl and put a lot of boiling soup, and put a lot of green onions on it.
Sprinkle a little pepper and season with thick salt or salted shrimp.
If you put rice in it, or just prepare kimchi, it will be a very filling and hearty meal.
It's especially good for growing children and has a lot of collagen, so it's good for women to eat
Pigs are much greasier than cattle, but at least they're more savory and savory
Of course, it takes a lot of time, effort, but if you make it like this, you can always enjoy it for a long time
Buy cheap and nutritious pigs' feet and make a Joktang!!!
The whole family can be healthy^^
