Chop zucchini, carrots and onions into small pieces.

Chop the green onions and the more, the better.

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
You can prepare the soused chicken breast, or boil the raw chicken breast slightly.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onions, and when the green onion flavor comes up, stir-fry all the chopped vegetables.

When vegetables are cooked, add cooked chicken breast and rice.
STEP 6/7
Season the fried rice with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

If you don't have oyster sauce, mix soy sauce and sugar and use it in a 2:1 ratio.
