Wear gloves, wash the soil under running water, and peel the hot taro with a knife or spoon.
Some people find it difficult to prepare taro, but it's not that difficult to prepare taro. If you touch a taro with your bare hands, it can be itchy, so wear gloves and peel it.
Or, blanch raw taro for 3 to 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon of salt in boiling water, soak it in cold water, remove the heat, and push it lightly with your hands to peel it easily.
The peeled taro is soaked in salt water or rice water to remove the arin taste of the taro. If you are sensitive to the arin taste, boil the taro slightly in rice water.

If there is no prepared rice water, boil it with salt enough to soak the taro, boil it for about 5 minutes, rinse it in running water, and drain it.

Season beef soup street (Korean Beef Yangji) with the seasoning according to the amount of ingredients, mix them well and season them.

Cut the radish into pieces.
