Ingredients
  • Dark chocolate
    100g
  • Milk
    50ml
  • cocoa
    suitably
  • Strawberry powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Dissolve the chocolate in a double boiler. Heat the milk warm and add to the melted chocolate and mix well.
STEP 2/4
Pour the ganache into a plastic bag or plastic frame.
STEP 3/4
Let it harden in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours and cut it into bite-size pieces. Soak the knife in hot water, wipe the water well, cut it once, wipe it clean, and repeat.
STEP 4/4
Put cocoa or powder in a plastic bag, add chocolate, and shake it Please coat it with cocoa powder all over!
