STEP 1/9
I washed the potatoes clean with the skin to bake them.
STEP 2/9
You have to make it spread out like an accordion, so you can't cut the potatoes to the bottom, so you have to support the chopsticks under the potatoes. Then the knife doesn't go under the potato, so you don't make a mistake of cutting it.
STEP 3/9
Cut potatoes into 0.5cm thick slices.
(If you don't cut it straight, there may be potatoes that are taking it off like me :)
STEP 4/9
Dip the cut potatoes in water for about 5 minutes to remove starch.
STEP 5/9
In the meantime, melt the butter to spread on the potatoes and add the sugar.I added some minced garlic. I think it's better not to put in the requirements. (The minced garlic got stuck to the surface of the potato and burned, so it became black.)
STEP 6/9
Then spread butter and sugar evenly throughout the potatoes. To the inside. :)
STEP 7/9
Then, I sprinkled parsley powder and baked it for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 210 degrees.
STEP 8/9
It's an accordion potato that came out well after 40 minutes~ I'm sorry that it turned a little black thanks to the minced garlic, but it was cooked well :D
STEP 9/9
I think it'll taste better if you sprinkle sliced cheese or cheese powder on it! I just dip it in ketchup :) It's crispy on the outside. It's a moist potato inside.
It's the best when you blow it when it's hot!
