Mini Chop Steak Bursgeta
I made a small size Korean beef steak with grilled vegetables and sauce and put it on the bread. It's a menu that you can enjoy deliciously while drinking wine or beer alone.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Please prepare the ingredients.
(I used it because I saw a part called beef triangular meat at the mart. There was a moderate amount of fat and the chewiness was good^^)
STEP 2/11
Cut the prepared vegetables and meat into small dice.
(The tomatoes were seeded and cut.)
STEP 3/11
Add salt, pepper, and a little dried basil to 1T of olive oil and mix well, then marinate the cut meat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/11
Pour oil into a pan and stir-fry onion, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes in order. (Nothing has been decided, but I stir-fry the light ones first.)
STEP 5/11
Stir-fry marinated meat quickly over high heat.
STEP 6/11
Put numbers 4 and 5 in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 7/11
Apply olive oil to one side of the baguette and bake in a pan.
STEP 8/11
I'm going to make the sauce~
Add chopped onions to olive oil and stir-fry until brown. When it's well-fried, add balsamic vinegar and seed mustard, mix well, and add honey to finish.
STEP 9/11
Spread the sauce on the bread.
STEP 10/11
Put the fried ingredients on top
STEP 11/11
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and complete it. It's my drinking dish^^
