Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Bite the flour cake and parboil the fish cake in hot water for 5 seconds.
STEP 2/9
Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, chives, and fish cakes are cut into long pieces of tteokbokki.
(I used all the green onions in the morning, so I replaced the green onions. If you have green onions, you can use green onions. ^^)
STEP 3/9
I added a spoon of oil and half a spoon of sesame oil to the heated pan.
(Then it's more savory. Please lower the heat to low. Sesame oil has a low smoking point.)
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry vegetables. I stir-fried green onions, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms.
I dabbed salt 2 times and pepper 2 times.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry fish cake, too.
STEP 6/9
It's finally rice cake's turn. Stir-fry with half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of oligosaccharide, one spoon of oyster sauce, and two spoons of cooking wine.
STEP 7/9
Please add half a cup of water. I cooked it on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
(If you add water, the rice cake is softer.)^^)
STEP 8/9
The soup is boiled down. Turn off the heat, add a spoon of sesame oil, and a bit of sesame seeds.
