I made bulgogi with plum honey that I put together when I put plum syrup last year's plum syrup. It was so nice that the sweetness was so luxurious and gentle. If you don't have plum honey, you can make it with plum syrup and acacia honey.^^ Let's make delicious and nutritious bulgogi even though it's a meal alone.^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Cut the fruits and vegetables in the vegetable juice into the size of garlic. Put it all in a blender and grind it finely for 2 minutes. Use (on, off) properly.
STEP 2/13
Filter the vegetable juice out of the strainer. I only use clear vegetable juice. (Only using half a cup) The pan burns easily if the vegetable ingredients go in together.
STEP 3/13
It is plum honey that has been fermented for a year by adding the soaked sugar at a ratio of 1:2 (100 days) when putting in plum syrup and plum syrup for a year. (Hongsang-ri plum master's secret)
STEP 4/13
I mixed it well, but there's a part that's gone.

STEP 5/13
Remove half and half with wooden spoon and mix 1T with vegetable juice.
STEP 6/13
Mix soy sauce~2T, sesame oil 1T, and a little pepper.
STEP 7/13
I prepared Korean beef bulgogi. (It's a little thicker than regular bulgogi.) If there's blood, press it back and forth with a kitchen towel and wipe it.
STEP 8/13
Put bulgogi in the sauce, put on plastic gloves, and mix them together.
STEP 9/13
Heat a wok with a thick bottom and place the meat with the sauce.
It's a dish where the seasoning is boiled down. Roll it back and forth, turning it over often with tongs so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 10/13
When it's done, cut it into bite-sized pieces. At the end, heat it up on high heat and turn it off quickly. (That way, the meat will be glossy.) Pepper dab
STEP 11/13
Serve on a plate. Sesame seeds finish
A very neat plate of Korean beef bulgogi is completed. It's delicious as it is, but you can also wrap it in romaine lettuce. (For eating alone or drinking alone)
STEP 12/13
If you like Korean beef bulgogi with vegetables...Add green onions, carrots, and onions when the meat is half-cooked. Add more seasoning when it's cooked. The cooking process is the same as above.
STEP 13/13
Since water is formed from vegetables, it becomes a slightly small Korean beef bulgogi. Not sesame seeds, but sesame salt
If you don't have plum honey...Add 1t of plum extract and 0.5t of acacia honey. I don't like miscellaneous honey because it has a strong scent. Making plum honey: @6857187
