#Making fish cake soup that goes well with cold weather

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
The broth is made with natural seasoning, green onion roots, shiitake mushroom kkongji, and shrimp in it and boiled ingredients. The broth is the key to fish cake soup. I'll take out the soup pack that I put in the broth. Put radish and onion in it and boil it again.

If you want a bit of spicy flavor, you can cut and add Cheongyang red pepper. Add green onions and minced garlic.

And I put fried tofu and green onions in here. Fried tofu can make the soup taste stronger.

Add fish cake and boiled eggs and season with pepper and tsuyu. If you don't have tzuyu, season it with seasoned soy sauce. If you don't have that, fish sauce!! ^^

Lastly, put crown daisy and enoki mushroom on top, and the fish cake soup with the hot soup is complete.

Put the fish cake soup in a pot to be placed on the table, cut the boiled egg in half and put it on top, and finish with crown daisy and enoki mushrooms!! It's done.
