If you make tteokbokki with the ratio of red pepper paste 3: red pepper powder 2: fish sauce or soy sauce 1: starch syrup 1, you can enjoy delicious tteokbokki at home.
It's the taste of tteokbokki that everyone likes. And another important point is the broth. If the broth is not strong, the soup taste of tteokbokki won't come out properly. You can use anchovy kelp stock or vegetable stock, but put natural seasoning back in the pack, make broth, add boiled eggs, and dissolve red pepper paste. Add minced garlic and boil it.
You can think of it as making a secondary soup of tteokbokki.

I already put starch syrup, fish sauce, red pepper powder, and red pepper paste in the broth, so pass!! And you should prepare the noodles and of course, tteokbokki rice cake and fish cake. We also prepare cabbage, green onions, and minced garlic. If you add cabbage to tteokbokki, it's even more delicious because of the added sweetness.

When it boils up, add cabbage and red pepper powder and starch syrup. Lastly, season with fish sauce. If you don't have fish sauce, you can add dark soy sauce.

If you added red pepper powder, please add tteokbokki rice cake and fish cake. Then, boil the rice cake again until it is cooked. Since the rice cake is fully cooked and the taste of the soup has come out well, add ramen noodles, which can adjust the concentration of the soup, and boil it. As long as the ramen noodles are cooked, it's done.
