It's one of the menus that I buy because it's cumbersome to make it at a kimbap restaurant Roll it at home with simple ingredients.

  • instant rice

  • dried seaweed for kimbap

  • Eggs

  • Carrot
    1ea
  • the meat inside a razor clam

  • Spinach
    1pack
  • Pickled radish
    200g
  • Pink sausage
    1ea
  • Sesame oil
  • Seasoned salt
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Blanch spinach and salt. Stir-fried sesame.Add sesame oil and season it
Shred the carrots, stir-fry them in oil and season them with salt. Add salt, season the eggs, fry them thinly, and slice them.
Cut the crab meat in half and chop the pickled radish.
Cut the sausage into thicknesses and bake it in a frying pan.
STEP 2/5
When the ingredients are ready, add salt to the rice and stir-fried sesame seeds.Add sesame oil, mix it, and spread it on the seaweed.
Place shredded egg garnish on top of spinach.
It's perfect to use rice as big as a baseball.

Place sausage and crab meat on both sides of spinach

Put pickled radish next to crab meat and put carrot on it.
*If you roll it up and cut it, the color looks pretty.
STEP 5/5
Press the ingredients with your hands and roll the rice~~
If you eat 3 servings of rice, you can roll 5 gimbap
