STEP 1/7
Prepare udon noodles, rice cake soup, onions, green onions, minced garlic, and Korean beef (grill).
Put a kitchen towel on the bottom of the Korean beef to drain the blood as Korean beef.
STEP 2/7
First, put a little oil on the sliced onion and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry onions and stir-fry sliced green onions.
STEP 4/7
Make the sauce according to the seasoning shown above.
(You don't put the starch in now, but after frying it at the end.)
STEP 5/7
Put Korean beef on a pan, season it with pepper and salt, and grill it as you like. (I grilled it medium)
STEP 6/7
Before cooking Korean beef, put water in a pot and add udon noodles and rice cake soup when the water boils.
STEP 7/7
When the noodles are cooked, throw away the water, add the seasoning and starch dissolved in the water, and stir-fry the noodles in a bowl.
Since it's a dish made with starch, I didn't throw away all the ramen water and added the seasoning and starch with some water left.
And I think you can add red pepper or red pepper powder according to your preference, and if you want to have it as a side dish, it would be good to make it sweet and eat it.
