Ingredients
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
  • Udon noodles
    2ea
  • Rice cake soup
    1handful
  • Oyster sauce
    2.5spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • Garlic
    1/3spoon
  • potato starch
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare udon noodles, rice cake soup, onions, green onions, minced garlic, and Korean beef (grill).
Put a kitchen towel on the bottom of the Korean beef to drain the blood as Korean beef.
STEP 2/7
First, put a little oil on the sliced onion and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry onions and stir-fry sliced green onions.
STEP 4/7
Make the sauce according to the seasoning shown above.
(You don't put the starch in now, but after frying it at the end.)
STEP 5/7
Put Korean beef on a pan, season it with pepper and salt, and grill it as you like. (I grilled it medium)
STEP 6/7
Before cooking Korean beef, put water in a pot and add udon noodles and rice cake soup when the water boils.
STEP 7/7
When the noodles are cooked, throw away the water, add the seasoning and starch dissolved in the water, and stir-fry the noodles in a bowl.
Since it's a dish made with starch, I didn't throw away all the ramen water and added the seasoning and starch with some water left. And I think you can add red pepper or red pepper powder according to your preference, and if you want to have it as a side dish, it would be good to make it sweet and eat it.

Wow... Korean beef tastes better when grilled, but the combination with udon makes your mouth water even if you haven't tried it. I'll make it today
