STEP 1/6
Cutting the knife
Cut the fat part of pork belly into diamond shapes.
STEP 2/6
Interfering
Sprinkle the cut fat with salt.
Twist a little so that the salt can go in between the fat.

Cooking and frying vegetables
Trim vegetables and saute until olive oil smells and add bay leaves.
STEP 4/6
Pork belly shearing
Rub the fat part of the pork belly down and season the vegetables and laurel trees for 3 to 5 minutes to make the scent cut well.
STEP 5/6
Add soju and broth
Turn the pork belly upside down, add soju, boil it for 3 to 5 minutes, add chicken stock, and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Bake in the oven & complete
Boil it moderately and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for an hour to an hour and a half If you take it out, Oh-sung
(Make sure that the fat doesn't burn in the middle.)

I didn't make it on purpose to dip it in cheese.
*How to make sauce
The way to make Gordon Ram knowledge sauce is done by taking it out of the oven, removing the oil on the broth you put together (rubbing it with something like bread), and boiling it with 1 to 2 spoons of Whole Grain mustard.
*You can just add water instead of broth (chicken stock + water).
