Unstoppable stir-fried green onion

Cooking Steps

Tear the green onions into small pieces by hand.

In a dry pan heated over medium heat, stir-fry the green onions crispy using a spatula and wooden chopsticks.

Add cooking oil over low heat and stir-fry crispy green onion while mixing.
STEP 5/7
Remove from heat, sprinkle salt little by little while remaining in the frying pan and mix as evenly as possible.
STEP 6/7
Add sugar little by little and mix as evenly as possible.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix them evenly!
You have to tear the green laver into small pieces, so it's easy to eat with salt and sugar evenly.
