STEP 1/6
[Preparing ingredients] Wash the oysters clean and squeeze them to remove as much moisture as possible. Then, wash the vegetables clean, chop them, cut them into small pieces, and transfer them to a bowl.
STEP 2/6
[Remove oyster moisture] Sprinkle 2 spoons of frying powder on the cutting board and turn over the drained oyster to coat with frying powder.
STEP 3/6
Add chopped vegetables (carrots, onions, green onions), half a cup of frying powder, 1/4 cup of milk, and half an egg to make a batter. Then, coat the oyster coated with frying powder with frying batter evenly.
STEP 4/6
[Frying] Put half a cup of cooking oil in a frying pan and heat the oil over low heat. Next, add the oysters coated with vegetable batter one by one. Can you hear the fried oysters?
STEP 5/6
[Frying completely] Turn it upside down when you see it frying, forming bubbles. Then fry until crisp on the front, back, and sides.
STEP 6/6
[Completed! Plating, go go!] It's time for plating. Leave the fried oyster vegetable oil on a strainer to remove some oil, then transfer one by one to a pretty plate.
Orange dressing with fried oysters and vegetables is much better.
