STEP 1/9
Prepare the host by trimming it and washing it clean. Prepare other ingredients!
STEP 2/9
The fish cake was sliced long and thin so that it could be caught with a long bean sprouts.
It's good to add bell pepper and paprika, but I prepared green pepper and red pepper with a little spicy taste.
STEP 3/9
Heat oil in a frying pan and add 1 spoon of minced garlic.
STEP 4/9
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 5/9
After a while, add the shredded fish cake and stir-fry it together.
STEP 6/9
When the fish cake is cooked to a certain extent, add bean sprouts.
STEP 7/9
Add seasoning quickly and stir-fry it.
1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of oligosaccharide!
It's perfect even if you put it in like this^^
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry the bean sprouts until they are out of breath, then turn off the heat and add sesame oil, perilla oil, and sesame seeds to finish.
STEP 9/9
I made it without much, but it looks like japchae.* The crunchy texture of bean sprouts and the taste of fish cake! And the slightly spicy taste of red pepper makes it salty and savory, so it's a waste for a home side dish.. It's like a dish from an iron plate restaurant.
Add bell pepper and paprika, if any^^
