Making Korean beef gyudon

Cooking Steps

First, Korean beef bulgogi removes blood from the kitchen towel.
STEP 2/6
Chop the onions.
STEP 3/6
Chop the chives.
STEP 4/6
Put half a cup of water in a frying pan, a little bit of ginger, a tablespoon of soju, and bring to a boil.
Add the bloodless Korean beef to this and mix it well.
STEP 5/6
Boil the marinated soy sauce (2), mirin (2), sugar (0.5) and add a handful of mandak mushroom and shredded onion, and the onion becomes transparent!
STEP 6/6
Put rice in a rice bowl, put seasoned beef, and put chives on top with garnish.
If you like, put an egg yolk on top and mix it. It's done
It doesn't matter if you use another mushroom instead of mandak mushroom Do not cook over high heat.
