I don't think it's common for people to make sirloin jeon...LOL It's soft and delicious even if you just grill it, so even if I fry it, it's juicy and delicious. It's my first time cooking it with shredded meat, but I was so proud of it. Season the meat with salt and pepper for at least 10 minutes and cut into bite-size pieces.
