Ingredients
egg
2ea
Paprika
1ea
Salt
1little
ground pepper
1little
olive oil
1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare a large paprika.
Put it on the side and cut it into a ring shape. Remove the seeds.
It is appropriate to cut it into 4cm pieces because it is first cut with an oven. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 2/4
Turn pan to low heat, cover with a spoonful of butter or olive oil, and top with baked paprika.
STEP 3/4
Beat the eggs one at a time into the paprika ring. Cook eggs slowly over low heat. You can close the lid of the frying pan.
STEP 4/4
When the egg is done, remove the egg sticking out of the paprika ring and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
