Making Chamnamul Pesto
Pesto is a traditional sauce made in Italy by grinding basil with olive oil, cheese, pine nuts, etc. I remember eating Chamnamul pesto on bread at a famous restaurant in Gangnam in the past, so I made Chamnamul pesto with memories of that time. It can be served as a dressing sauce on the salad. You can make canapes with tomatoes and tofu on top of crackers as a cracker.
