The butt, inside, and neck are all covered with grease, so please cut it off.

Then you cut the chicken in half and look inside, and you see the red intestines. You can take this off and throw it away.

Then, wash thoroughly under running water, drain and prepare.

Make cuts on many sides (legs, chests) in the flesh. If you do this, the seasoning gets soaked easily and it has the effect of frying it deliciously. We fried the whole thing, so it's okay to cut each part.

If you cut everything. Sprinkle the prepared curry powder on the front and back evenly to season.

You can also apply frying powder evenly on both sides.

Place in preheated oil to 150 degrees Celsius and fry front and back over medium heat for 15 minutes or so until golden brown.

Then, add the chicken to the preheated oil at 180 degrees Celsius and fry it between medium and high heat.

2. Put fried chicken on a kitchen towel to remove the fat and sprinkle curry powder.

When frying, it's good to have small chicken no. 5 to 6. That way, the outside is crispy and it's fried well, and the flesh is cooked well.
