Making cheonggukjang jjigae
It's cold and it smells like cheonggukjang on the way. I stopped by the mart to buy cheonggukjang and tofu and quickly boiled them. I didn't think about uploading the recipe and I didn't think about the exact measurement. Just a spoon and eye measurement I like cheonggukjang stew when it's cold^^

  • anchovy broth
  • ripe kimchi
  • Cheonggukjang
    1pack
  • Soybean paste
    1spoon
  • Garlic
    1spoon
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • leek
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice old or sour kimchi into anchovy broth
STEP 2/6
Prepare ingredients while boiling
STEP 3/6
When the soup boils, add a lump of cheonggukjang and mix it
STEP 4/6
Add a spoonful of soybean paste and mix it
STEP 5/6
Add garlic, tofu, and green onions and boil them
STEP 6/6
It was boiled in a wide wokpan, but only two servings were put in an earthen pot and boiled over the table
Kimchi, cheonggukjang, and soybean paste are all seasoned, so I didn't season them separately.^^
