Scrub the soil at the root with a knife, wash it under running water, and separate the pillars and the gat to cut the sieve. Usually, mushrooms are cut off from the bottom, but since they are precious pine mushrooms, they are trimmed to a minimum to scratch the soil from the bottom.

I trimmed a bag of 250g of bean sprouts and washed them. Cut a piece of radish into 3cm thick half-moon pieces, cut it into 0.5cm thick pieces, and cut it into 0.5~1cm thick pieces. Cut 1/2 green onion diagonally

Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a heated pot, chop 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 of the white part of green onion, and stir-fry.

Add 1+1/2 tablespoon of fine pepper powder and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn

Add 200g of beef and stir-fry and cook thoroughly

And season with 5 tablespoons of soy sauce

Add the radish and stir-fry it

Pour 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.

When the soup boils evenly, add the prepared bean sprouts and boil it

And when the soup boils again, add the prepared mushrooms

Lastly, add the green onion and season it with salt and pepper.
