Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the meat in running water and pour in the coke to cover the meat. If you use cola to drain blood, it can shorten the time and soften the meat. Drain the blood for an hour or two. You have to drain the blood well so that you can eat delicious braised short ribs without the smell of enjoying it. When using water, change the water in between and drain the blood for 3 to 4 hours.

I prepared radish, carrot, saesongi mushroom, green onion, onion, and Cheongyang red pepper in proper size, and sliced radish and carrot in round shape. If you prepare and cook it, the ends won't be crushed and you can cook it neatly. And you can put in kkari peppers instead of cheongyang peppers.

Add the sauce to the meat without blood. Put on 2 cups of soy sauce, 2 cups of cooking wine, 2 cups of water, 1/3 cups of sesame oil, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of ground garlic, and 0.5 sanitary gloves of chopped ginger or ginger powder and mix well. And leave it for a while. About 10 to 15 minutes

Put all the marinated ribs in a pot and pour 500ml. It's called 2 geun of meat, but it's slightly different, so if you're not confident in controlling your liver, you can boil it little by little without adding all the water at once. Don't feel pressured and apply it.
