God Kimchi Pasta
Gat is in season in the fall!! I made a unique dish with autumn mustard kimchi. Tokso is a unique but charming pasta that combines the scent of mustard with the savory cream sauce^^

  • Whipping cream

    1spoon
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix milk and whipped cream in advance.
Please prepare whipped cream with vegetable unsweetened sugar.
STEP 2/6
Add soy sauce and chopped green onions to the milk and whipped cream and let them ripen in the refrigerator (minimum of 30 minutes)
STEP 3/6
Add chopped olive oil and garlic to the mustard kimchi and mix well.
STEP 4/6
In a pan covered with olive oil, stir-fry bacon and mustard kimchi in order. Dab the pepper!! (Prepare the sauce and boil the noodles. 7 to 8 minutes to cook noodles)
STEP 5/6
When the kimchi is out of breath, pour the matured cream sauce and boil down the prepared noodles when the sauce boils. Use salt for the lack of seasoning!!
STEP 6/6
When the sauce is boiled down to the point where it cuts, finish with parsley powder and Parmesan cheese powder!! Enjoy your meal ^^*
