Use a paper cup of flour and
Place 1/3 cup of flour paper in a large bowl.

Salt, sugar, dry yeast, and fermented culture liquid 1t each
Put it in so that it doesn't stick to each other.

First knead and make a round dough.

Remove about a ton of unsalted butter...

Melt in the microwave for 1 minute.
*(In case of gas stove, melt it in a pan and use it.)

Defrost the shrimp in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Second round of dough!
First, make the dough round like a big dumpling in a round dough
Put the shrimp meat inside and make it like a round dumpling, and make it into a (doughnut) shape so that the center is recessed.
Make a bread shape so that the middle hole is recessed without making a hole like the picture next to it.

Leave it at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes for the first fermentation
With the second fermentation, in the oven
Set the fermentation function dial and perform the second fermentation for about 15 minutes.

After fermentation, sprinkle parsley powder on the bread and bake it in an oven.
* Bake the oven dial at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes by turning it into a convection function.

After 30 minutes...
Shrimp bread is finally done!
The center of the hollowed-out bread has been fermented and swelled into a round bread, creating a flavored European-style shrimp-fermented bread!
STEP 11/11
I cut the inside of the bread..
Unexpectedly, the chewy and soft inside bread is filled with shrimp!
It is a savory and light-flavored European-style shrimp bread.
